Back in 1972, the owner of a public accounting practice in Harrisburg, PA started a home building company to try to assist one of his clients with a complex problem they were facing. The pressures of home building eventually pushed this client to opt for a different career path. Our founder and owner, George Parmer, decided he would close the chapter on the accounting business and carry on with the work of building Fine Line Homes’ future.
Fifty years later and nearly 14,000 homes built, Fine Line Homes has grown to six regional offices serving the majority of Pennsylvania, the southern tier of New York, and the Triad region of North Carolina. We are incredibly thankful for this continued opportunity to build homes, for our first-class team, and for our incredible customers.
With this extraordinary milestone of 50 years of service, we wanted to find a way to give back to our customers and maybe even have a little fun while we do so. Fine Line Homes is pleased to announce that in 2022 we will be giving gifts to each customer that signs a build agreement with us.* During a virtual celebration (TBD) at the end of the year, our 2022 customers will be given a gift of $150 or could be surprised with a gift of even more. Details will be announced at the virtual gathering.
