You can create the desired atmosphere with lighting in your new home. Our standard interior lighting package gives you ample lighting throughout your home. And is available in many different finishes white, brass, bronze and brushed nickel.
In the Living Room, Flex Room and/or Family Room you have a choice of switched outlets for lamps or a switched ceiling light fixture. The bathrooms come standard with soffits built above the vanity and receive recessed can lights or if you prefer the look and light of light fixtures we can delete the soffits and can lights for a small upcharge.
We have a Kitchen Lighting Enhancement Package that is very popular. This package includes five under-cabinet lights on a single switch, five recessed can lights on a single dimmer switch and if your kitchen has an island we install three pendant lights VS the standard ceiling light fixture using the existing switches.
