New Home Sales Assistant


Fine Line Homes is seeking a high-performing part-time New Home Sales Assistant to join our successful new home sales team. This position will be based out of our office in Hazleton, PA.

This position is structured as base salary + commission, with bonus potential. Fine Line Homes offers a competitive wage and attractive benefit package.

  • Support the New Home Expert and all the steps to close the sale as needed. 

  • Greet and engage walk-in buyers to our model, capture preliminary information, and offer demonstrations. 

  • Keep the model in optimal condition, reporting any repairs/improvements as needed. 

  • Assist New Home Expert as needed by setting follow-up meetings, phone calls, administrative support, and following up with buyers after contract. 

  • Manage collateral and brochure kits. 

  • Create and deliver ongoing email campaigns. 

  • Arrange stop-ins with local realtor brokerages, delivering collateral and an introduction. 

  • Participate in and help organize open house events to attract potential buyers. 

  • Become well versed with the competition, including website, promotions, and product details, and be able to compare with FLH. 

  • Additional Responsibilities as needed. 


  • Previous experience in construction, new home sales, or sales support is a plus, but not required. 

  • Customer service experience is required, and proficiency in using customer relationship management tools is a plus. 

  • Proven email and phone communication skills.

  • Expert organizational, planning, and management skills. 

  • Self-directed and able to thrive with minimal supervision. 

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time well. 

  • Must be able to learn and follow a proven sales process. 

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule on a consistent basis, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

  • High School degree or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
