Our state-of-the-art Design Studio was created with you in mind. This space makes it easy to visualize how your home could look and to find the best materials that fit your unique palette. No matter where you are in your personal home journey, this is a great way to experience trending designs, the latest in fixtures, surfaces and materials, and many places of inspiration for your home.

In the Design Studio you will be able to see, touch and experience the premium standard materials that we include in every Fine Line Home as well as a selection of sought-after upgrade options. Our space includes a full kitchen featuring nationally renowned Yorktowne Cabinetry along with stunning countertops, tile, flooring, fireplaces, interior and exterior lighting, stone, siding, and much more.

As you explore the Studio, let curiosity guide you as you find inspiration from the beautiful samples in our space. We offer a wide array of styles and finishes from modern and trending to classic and traditional. These samples show the exact products we use in the installation of your home which you can view under a variety of lighting and settings. Mix and match colors, textures and tones on our interactive presentation walls designed to help you see your choices together to determine if it’s the right palette for you.

Fine Line’s professional design team is available to assist you with pairing colors, finishes, textures, trending options and other elements that will personalize your home in a way that is perfectly you. We take pride in crafting intentional, well thought designs that match your home’s architecture, interior spaces and your personal design style – ultimately creating an environment that doesn’t just look like home, but feels like home.

Eve Dolon

Raised in a home building family, Eve developed a deep passion for new home construction and design. Her enthusiasm spans the entire process, from architectural planning and design to spatial organization and interior decorating. Eve earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Messiah University, and currently serves as the Vice President of Design at Fine Line Homes. In this role, she is dedicated to ensuring both our team and clients have access to the latest trends and products, enabling us to deliver homes that are not only beautiful but also of the highest quality.

Shelly Lawrence

Shelly’s passion for design and architecture started at a young age, which led her to attend Indiana University of Pennsylvania to achieve a bachelor’s degree in interior design. Her professional career started out with designing custom kitchens. After years of helping her customers achieve their dream kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms and pantries, she decided she wanted to help customers achieve their dream homes. As our Design Studio Manager, Shelly continues to stay on top of up-and-coming trends and styles to ensure each one of our design studios show casing up to date selections and materials.
