Since each home plan is uniquely designed with different features that affect cost (ex: # bedrooms, size of kitchen, # bathrooms, etc), we don’t have a set price per square foot.
Yes – we can make changes to the interior and exterior of the home, as long as it’s structurally feasible.
We currently build out of six offices in Pennsylvania, Southern New York, & the Triad Area of North Carolina. We can build on land that you find or in one of our New Home Communities.
While we can’t build from custom plans, we can work with you to modify one of our 50+ home plans to include the features and appearance you want in your new home..
All of our homes are stick built under supervision with fresh materials on site. We work very closely with our team and trusted partners to ensure top quality in all aspects of your home.
