What does the home include?

They are designed and built to specifications that meet or exceed stringent building codes and will be in move in condition when completed.

What if I’m not interested in one of your developments? Can you build on my lot?

Absolutely! Fine Line Homes also builds on the customers lot. We offer our customers complete lot assessment and lot layout services.

Can your homes be modified?

Fine Line Homes offers over 50 home plans that can be modified to meet your needs. Customer plans will also be considered. Please present them to a Housing Consultant for confirmation.

Are your homes modular or stick built?

All of our homes are stick built under supervision on the lot. We work closely with local trade partners to ensure top quality in all aspects of your home.

How far will you build?

Generally a sixty mile radius from each office location. Please confirm with a Housing Consultant.

How long does it take to receive a price on a home?

We have a no hassle base price established for each home design. Typically most options can be priced when you meet a Housing Consultant.
