We have finally hit the time of year where most of the trees around our homes are free of leaves, thus making it the ideal time to clean your gutters.  If gutters are left unattended you can get an accumulation of leaves that plug your downspouts causing ice to buildup.  When you have ice building up in your gutters it can backup underneath your shingles causing leaks into your home. These leaks can eventually become a producer of mold growth, thus making for unhealthy conditions and very expensive repairs.  Routine maintenance can go a long way in protecting your home and other assets.
