Jr. Digital Content Creator


Fine Line Homes is seeking a Jr. Digital Content Creator to join our Digital team based in Harrisburg PA.

You will play a role in shaping the visual and narrative identity of our brand across various digital platforms. Our goal is to engage, and educate our audience with high-quality video content that highlights our commitment to excellence in homebuilding.

This role offers the unique opportunity to be at the forefront of digital storytelling, creating engaging content that promotes our new construction homes across popular social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, and more.

  • Create a diverse range of engaging digital content, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, graphics, static digital assets, and promotional, behind-the-scenes, or testimonial videos. 

  • Handle all aspects of the video production process, including pre-production, shooting, audio recording, post-production, editing, and final delivery. 

  • Incorporate trending background music tracks and screen graphics as needed.

  • Generate ideas to repurpose content in other channels, extending the life of what was created and fine-tuning to the applicable audience.

  • Stay current with social media trends and industry best practices to ensure content remains relevant and optimized for maximum reach and engagement.

  • Embrace feedback and collaboration, working closely with the team to refine concepts and enhance content quality.

  • Develop storyboards and scripts that resonate with our audience, telling the story of our homes in innovative and captivating ways.

  • Edit photos for social media & advertising purposes.

  • Independently manage the creation of graphics and edit photos, ensuring consistency with our brand’s visual and stylistic guidelines.


  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and/or other industry tools (Capcut, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.)

  • A solid understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, and color.

  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to produce engaging and high-quality video content.

  • Familiarity with the audiences and best practices of popular social media platforms.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks, maintaining a positive approach to creative challenges.

  • Must submit examples of work.
