2014 Sales Meeting

A sales meeting for Fine Line Homes was held on January 15 in Lewisburg with Managers and Consultants from each office in attendance. The branding statement “It’s Time for the Home You Want” and the first quarter marketing campaign were introduced. You may have been waiting a long time to build your new home and improve your lifestyle. It’s time, you’ve earned it. Helping people get in a new home is something we have been doing since 1972. Sales awards were presented to the Housing Consultants and the meeting also featured the release of the 2014 Plan Book.

It is wonderful news because the land can be used as a down payment for a construction loan if the value of the land is high enough. There are only two drawbacks to subdividing a piece of property – time and money. It can cost in the thousands to have the property surveyed and in addition there are attorney, township and/or county fees. The process normally takes between 3 to 6 months…sometimes longer. I have outlined the process below.

Where Does the Time Go?

I was recently recognized for 10 years of service as a Housing Consultant with Fine Line Homes. Where does the time go? Overall, I've been a Housing Consultant for most of my adult life with over 20 years of experience. During those years I've seen many changes in the Housing Industry. Some changes have been for the best and some not so much.
