While decorating a model home for that “unknown” client can have advantages, (you don’t need to decorate toward one person’s taste), there are also drawbacks. The selections are endless! So, I geared the decorating towards a “woman centric” personality. Can you guess from the description of the selections which personality I chose? Here is a grouping of fabrics and wallpapers that will be used for drapery and upholstery in the new Brookville Model Home at Huntleigh. The “Grand Open House” is expected for February 2014.

We build outdoor spaces such as concrete pad’s or Brick paver patios, but the most common outdoor space you’ll find is an attached deck. Decks are wonderful to have, but when built with pressure treated deck boards and a pressure treated railing system, you run into constant maintenance with it. Maybe a railing spindle over dries and pulls away from the deck screw or the same with a pressure treated deck board.

More and more in today’s ever evolving world it is becoming common for a husband and wife to work completely different schedules. It can become very taxing on each person when one works the graveyard shift and the other works 1st shift especially when you are trying to rest and it’s interrupted as the other person returns home from their shift. One way to combat this would be separate bedrooms but if the bedrooms are on the same floor you can still cause multiple disturbances.
