Q: How long have you been working for Fine Line?

A: 5 years this December.

Q: What experience did you have before coming to Fine Line?

A: I was the Service Manager with another builder.

Q: What is one piece of advice you can give to anyone who is looking to build a new home?

A: Do your research/ask your questions. A quote does not give the full picture and a simple spec sheet does not answer all questions. Ask about what we can do, what separates us, why our customers come back time and time again and/or refer us to so many friends and family.

Q: What is your favorite part of working for Fine Line?

A: Selling a product, a service,  & a brand that you do not have to chase people down or pressure to sell. I simply inform and offer solutions to what families are looking for, and more often than not, that works out for them.

Q: If you were to build a house with Fine Line, which plan would you choose & why?

A: The Winslow. It is a large, open Ranch with a third bay in the Garage. The floorplan has an open flow but still allows for formal dinners, in-home Offices, and more!

Q: Why should someone choose Fine Line to build their home?

A: They should choose Fine Line Homes because of the consistency and quality we have delivered time and again for 50 years now. Many of our employees have been with the company for over a decade, and we never take shortcuts when it comes to our building practices or our customer service. We are a no-pressure company and are always ready to help educate our prospects.

Q: What do you like to do in your free time outside of the office?

A: Spend time with my wife and two boys, play basketball with my friends, and work on new projects around our house.

Q: What is one fun fact about you?

A:  As a former wrestler, in my youth (many moons ago), I beat a local wrestler who, in 2020, took home a bronze medal at the Tokyo Summer Olympics and just recently won his 4th World Wrestling Championship in Belgrade.
