After selecting a plan that best suits your lifestyle from our digital Plan Book, I would recommend calling an office serving the area you want to build, to schedule an appointment.

Before your appointment, prepare a list of changes you are interested in making to the plan that you have selected. At your office visit, discuss the proposed changes with your Housing Consultant. The Consultant can take ideas and incorporate them into the plan you selected on their computer software program. After the plan is modified to fit your needs, the pricing can be done, in most cases, at this first visit.

At Fine Line Homes we understand the value of your time, which is why we do our best to ensure that you receive modified plans, pricing, standard features, get to tour the Model Home and the view the selections in the Display Center on your initial visit. It is important to meet with the Housing Consultant to ask questions and establish a relationship of trust.

This visit will take approx. 1 to 2 hours. We know your time is important and we assure you it will be time well spent as you set the foundation for building your new home.
