The Sub-Contractor already knows what is to be expected which in turn makes a smooth transition from one aspect of the building process to another. Fine Line Homes has many Contractors that have been with us for years. I can think of one framer that has been with us for 20 years, another for 16 years. Some of our siding crews have at least 12 years experience with us.
