One of the common upgrades customers ask for is to change from having carpet on the stairs going from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor. We offer three optional packages to accomplish this:
The 1st package includes: Oak Treads with MDF Risers and MDF Skirt Boards replacing the standard stair system (no carpet on steps, carpet is rolled over lip on 2nd floor & the standard oak railing remains – staining and painting is extra). This allows you to have stained treads with painted risers & skirt boards.
The 2nd package includes: Oak Treads with Pine Risers & Pine Skirt Boards replacing the standard stair system (no carpet on steps, carpet is rolled over lip on 2nd floor & the standard oak railing remains – staining & painting is extra). This allows you to have stained treads with painted risers & skirt boards.
The 3rd package includes: Oak Treads with Oak Risers & Oak Skirt Boards replacing the standard stair system (no carpet on steps, carpet is rolled over lip on 2nd floor & the standard oak railing remains – staining is extra). This allows you to have stained treads, risers & skirt boards.
