Our processes have been designed with you in mind. From convenient meeting times to regular phone updates to a construction timeline with key decision dates, we respect your busy schedule and strive to be responsive and diligent to keep everything moving along on a timely, unhurried basis.
Our home designs have been thought through for saving you time, too. For example, the rear foyer from the garage offers storage solutions, plus a drop zone for organization and keeping clutter out of the kitchen. Then there’s the second floor laundry room on our 2-story plans – eliminating lugging heavy laundry baskets up and down the stairs. Short grocery traffic from the garage is another example.
The products used have also been selected, in part, based on saving you time. Tilt-in windows are quick and easy to clean. Ditto for our stain resistant flooring and acrylic bathtubs and showers. Optional high-performance air cleaners minimize dust in the home and scrubbable interior paint means washing off scuff marks—not repainting the entire wall!
